What is your appraisal fee?
There is no fixed appraisal fee because it depends on the complexity of the appraisal and the time required to complete the assessment, rather than solely on the size or location of the property. For example, a simple 2-bedroom, 1,000 square foot condo with ample sales in the area will have a different fee compared to a unique 2-bedroom, 1,000 square foot condo with limited sales nearby. Once you fill out and submit our appraisal inspection request form, we will review your property and provide you with a competitive appraisal fee
I recently had my home appraised, and I have a copy of the appraisal report. Can I use this report for other purposes?
In general, your property appraisal report can be utilized by other parties for matters related to your home’s value. However, this largely depends on the specific policies and regulations of those entities. It’s advisable to check with the party you’re working with to confirm whether they will accept your appraisal report before moving forward.
Can I transfer my appraisal report from one bank to another?
It is possible to transfer the appraisal report to a new lender (bank or mortgage company). However, if the appraisal was initially ordered by another lender, you need to obtain a written release letter from the original lender, allowing the transfer to the new lender, before the appraisal report can be transferred.
